Configuring
your email Client
To configure your email client to check for new mail (POP3)
and send out going mail (SMTP) you
will need to follow the instructions below. The
instruction below are for use with Microsoft Outlook
Express and Outlook.
When you launch Outlook or
Outlook Express for the first time a wizard will guide you
through the
installation process.
Display Name: John Smith
The name used in the from column when a person
receives an email sent by you.
Email Address: yourname@yourdomain.com
This is the email address people will use to reply
to emails sent by you.
Incoming POP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing SMTP Server:
mail.yourdomain.com
Account Name: Account
name assigned to you by weby host
Password: Password assigned to you by weby host
Select your method of internet connection and your done.
Authentication is needed when sending out email (SMTP)
through our email servers.
Follow the directions below to properly setup this feature.

If you would prefer use your browser rather than an
email client just type in the following address http://mail.yourdomain.com
you can also use mail.webyhost.com
You will then be prompted for a username and password.
Domain if asked, type in miami
Once you have entered the information you will be taken to
your mailbox.
